More Bad News, But It's Good We're Talking About It Anyway..."Sobering" is probably too tame of a word to apply to the latest from Michael Scheuer on the current status of the "War on Terror." It's a keen-eyed view of some of the most desperate flaws in the current conflict -- most of which represent deep foundational problems in definitions and expectations.
